DISCONTINUED (Verified 05/2005) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. The Time Incentive Program is a time management training system designed to improve work performance by relating pay to time and amount of work completed for individuals who are developmentally disabled. It provides students with the training necessary to help improve work behavior, accuracy and punctuality. The program creates the atmosphere of a "real" job where the student is paid by the hour or by a piece rate. It teaches the importance of time by relating it to pay and showing that if students are late, it will result in lower pay or lost privileges. It also incorporates the use of a Professional Time Recorder to allow students to record starting and finishing times. The program includes a time clock for stamping time cards, an instructor's guide with objectives, job cards to evaluate time spent on each task, a card rack to store 25 cards, and a student work behavior record to document and evaluate behavior. Replacement materials are available separately. The package also includes Time and Earnings Worksheets Activity Pack.
