The Talking Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor, model 04-595-001, is a voice output electronic sphygmomanometer designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. This talking blood pressure monitor is fully automatic and offers bilingual (English and Spanish) voice prompts. Readings are also displayed on a liquid crystal display (LCD) screen. This device includes date and time stamp and a 120-reading memory with 2 memory banks, each of which can store up to 60 readings. Its cuff fits arms with a circumference of 11.75 to 16.5 inches. The monitor features a World Health Organization (WHO) indicator providing instant comparison to the standards set by the WHO, as well as irregular heartbeat detection. The Talking Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor includes a convenient leatherette zippered storage case and a detailed guidebook in both English and Spanish. POWER: Requires 4 AA batteries (included).
