DISCONTINUED. (Verified 5/2001) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. The Small Freedom Stander, model GE74, is a standing frame for children 30 to 48 inches tall designed to allow an individual to stand by applying pressure against the heels and counterpressure at the knees. The stander provides support at the heels, knees, hips, and chest for individuals who are able to bear weight on their legs and require only moderate support. The stander consists of a wooden base with two vertical uprights on which the knee, chest, and hip supports are located. The uprights adjust vertically with a push-botton arrangement. The knee bar pads are adjustable for abduction. The heel bar adjusts for foot size and also for knee extension; it is also removable to accomodate a kneeling position. The double chest strap prevents forward and backward leaning. DIMENSIONS: The base is 36 x 34 inches; uprights are adjustable from 21 to 35 inches and the distance between uprights is 17 inches. CAPACITY: Maximum working load is 75 pounds. WEIGHT: 15 pounds.
