The Mountain Trike is an all-terrain manual wheelchair designed for use by individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. The Mountain Trike has been designed using a blend of unique innovation control and drive system with high specification mountain bike technology. Features include:
- Direct Steering. The direct drive steering means that use can steer and drive the Trike with only one arm. The steering gives control for turns and maneuvering.
- Air Suspension. Gives the user a more stable, smooth ride when riding over rough terrain such as rocks and tree roots, dropping off curbs, or riding over cobbles stones.
- Hydraulic Disc Brakes. Gives the user control and braking in all weather, over difficult ground or steep hills. It is adaptable and adjustable.
- Lever Drive. The lever drive enables the user to explore with clean dry hands and has the advantage of being able to ride over rough ground, up hills and even over obstacles.
