The ModRail is a bed transfer aid designed for use by individuals with balance or mobility disabilities. The unit includes a fixed dual rail and a horizontal bar (ModBar) that can be repositioned to an optimal support location. Lift to unlock, hold up to rotate freely, and lower any time to lock. The ModBar pivots and locks every 45 degrees and moves in step with the user. The ModRail assembly secures to ModRail Bracket via a securing knurled knob. ModRail is removable in seconds in case of emergency. Brackets are available for standard home beds and for Invacare or HillRom hospital-style beds. OPTIONS: Tray and bed pouch. DIMENSIONS: The pole is 24 inches long and 1.5 inches in diameter. The triple rail side gate hs 4-inch spacing between each rail and is 16 inches long and 1.25 inches in diameter. The removable threaded top grip is 13 inches long and 1.25-inch in diameter. The rail assembly has a 4-inch adjustability range. CAPACITY: 250 pounds.
