The ClearCaptions is an app designed to close caption phone calls on mobile devices, such as a smart phone or tablet, for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. ClearCaptions displays the persons words directly on the users screen. User can change font sizes, color, and background color of the text. Users can save and/or print a copy.The user's wireless network must support a simultaneous voice and data connection. The captions are provided by the FCC.
