Adjectives and Opposites: Learning at the Circus is a tutorial program designed to introduce and reinforce the concept of adjectives and opposites for children with language-learning, developmental, severe physical or cognitive disabilities, or autism. This program strengthens vocabulary, teaches adjectives and opposites, and reinforces basic concepts. Before the program begins, the instructor selects an activity and interface and decides whether to use the game for encouragement and reinforcement. At the end of a lesson, a summary of the student's performance can be viewed on-screen or printed out. The seven activities are Train Vocabulary, Explore Vocabulary, Train Opposites, Explore Opposites, Explore Adjectives, Identify Adjectives and Identify Opposites. Other features include: high-quality speech; engaging animation; and accessibility with keyboard, touch screen, single switch or mouse. COMPATIBILITY: For use with Macintosh and IBM and compatible computers.
